How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. For custom apparel, please allow an additional 2-3 days for processing and embroidery.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed items. Please note that custom-made or personalized Greek letter items are final sale unless there is a manufacturing defect.
How do I know which size to order?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide. Most of our unisex hoodies and tees run true to size, but we recommend sizing up for a more oversized, relaxed fit.
Do you offer group discounts for chapters?
Yes! We offer special bulk pricing for sorority and fraternity chapters. Please contact our group sales team via the 'Bulk Orders' page for a custom quote.
Are your products officially licensed?
Absolutely. Kendalls Greek is an officially licensed vendor. A portion of every sale goes back to the respective national organizations in the form of royalties.
